Return or Refund Policy

MemoryHouse.in clears to buyer that he is selling always original and high quality product. There is no chance to get duplicate or bad quality product. In addition, Memoryhouse.in clear to customer that before sending any product, product are inspected and packing under videography. Memoryhouse.in requests to customer that please make video from any source like mobile phone or camera before unboxing where there should be very clear picture of packing and level. Do the videography till full unboxing for further evidence.

If customer found that he/ she got different product, damage product, or product not working, in this condition, Memoryhouse.in will ask for proof of what you got in packing. Customer have to show the video of unboxing in any manner. Otherwise, claim will reject.

This is responsivity of customer to check the packing before accepting the parcel from courier boy. If you found any breakage, any additional tape on parcel, do not accept the parcel.

In case customer got faulty product, product not working, in this manner he /she have to return to Memoryhouse.in. Memoryhouse.in will inspect that product, product is same as he send or not, if product is same as Memoryhouse.in send, the replacement or refund will we provided. If find customer are found that trying to cheat Memoryhouse.in, in this case no return or refund will provide and block the customer permanently.

If customer say that he/she got ordered ‘A’ received ‘B’. Memoryhouse.in will check the from his side customer is telling right or wrong. Then further action will be taken.

Note– Any parcel which send from Memoryhoue.in, receiving Please inspect the parcel from outer side like any additional tape or any box tearing trying to restore the box, please do not accept the package.
